Man 'stabbed at Kabuki nightclub' in Margate

A man is thought to have been stabbed outside a nightclub during the New Year celebrations.

Police are appealing for witnesses, after reports of a "large fight" at the Kabuki bar in Marine Gardens in Margate last night.

Two people have been arrested following the incident, believed to have happened in the street outside the night spot, which was open for a New Year's Eve celebration.

The victim was taken to hospital with injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 01-0210.
