Delphi in Ramsgate marketed for sale by Christie & Co

A Greek restaurant on Ramsgate seafront has been put on the market for £375,000.

Delphi in Harbour Parade is being sold by its owner, George Fellas, who is opening a new restaurant in London.

It is being marketed by Christie & Co, which says the opportunity is "ideally suited for a lifestyle purchaser wishing to relocate".

Agent James Hughes added: "The business is highly regarded in the area with a fantastic reputation, leaving a great opportunity for a new owner to take the helm and start trading immediately.”

Mr Fellas, who has owned the restaurant for the last four years, says he hopes the business could be sold as a going concern.

"We're hoping it can be bought as is," he said. "But it's not a panic sale - we want to see what interest there is. We're still open and it's business as usual."
