Biker caught 'racing at 130mph' as police called to Manston, Thanet

Police called to reports of motorists racing at high speeds clocked one motorcyclist at an average of 130mph.

Officers were alerted to the reckless behaviour in Manston, Thanet, last night.

Kent Police's roads policing unit shared a picture on twitter of one biker it now says "can expect a day in court".

The rider was reportedly captured racing at staggering speeds shortly before 9.45pm.

Police tweeted the image, adding: "Supporting @KentPoliceThan with reports of vehicles racing in the #Manston area.

"Captured at an average speed of 130mph, this rider can expect a day out in court. #never acceptable #Fatal4."

Police have been asked for more details about the incident.
