Also, since the video the 39-year-old’s car has been keyed which she says must be a coincidence and not in response to the video.

Miss Silver said: “I honestly have no idea if my car was keyed because of the video.

“I hope not as I’ve done nothing wrong. I am sure it’s a coincidence.

“I’m just trying to stop women being abused while they have a run.

“I would never have named the man shouting at me, even if I knew it.

“I didn’t expect such a big response from the video and I was very excited when it got to 300 views.

“Then it snow balled.

“If I knew lots of people were going to see it then I wouldn’t have used such bad language and brushed my hair!”

Miss Silver’s boyfriend has offered to buy her new trainers and a running outfit if the video reaches more than half a million views.

She says she has been overwhelmed with the kind response people have given her.

In the video Miss Silver said: "I walk the dog twice a day and run as many times as I can because I really enjoy it.

"But now, and in the past you will get people who come up behind you and shout at you about your 'fat arse' and 'it's too late doing it now you're that size'.

"I could be at home, watching Jeremy Kyle in a pair of leggings eating KFC - but I'm not.

"I am overweight and I am trying to do something about it. I am made of tougher stuff than that.

"Loads of other people would have turned around, gone home and never gone out running again - they would have just gone home and had a Big Mac.

"You have no idea if that person is overweight because they are on steroids, or tablets that they're on - which is what I struggle with, or maybe they just like burgers. It is none of your business.

"You won't stop me running and I hope the next time you see me my arse is shaking more than normal."
