Two men have been arrested after a reported burglary.
The pair were detained close to the scene in Erith Street in Dover just minutes after making the emergency call to police.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing officers with search dogs and said the road had been cordoned off.
The burglary was reported to police at 4.35pm on Sunday. The two men were arrested in St Radigund’s Road, Dover, at 4.44pm the same day.
Both men have been bailed pending further enquiries until February 15, 2019.
