A man has been arrested by armed police after an officer was threatened with a weapon during a routine home visit. Firearms officers were called to Ingram Road, Gillingham after the planned visit at 9am escalated. The road is metres away from Saxon Way Primary School which was put on lockdown while the incident was resolved.
