The candidates contesting one of the hottest parliamentary seats in Kent have faced off in a hustings.In Canterbury - which Labour's Rosie Duffield won by a margin of just 187 votes - candidates were quizzed on how each party would tackle social care issues and how they would improve special needs provision.
