It's a new era for one of Kent's biggest music festivals as the line up for this year's Castle Concerts is announced. The Libertines are to headline, after the event has been fraught with controversy and Medway Council are reportedly not set to make any profit from this year's event. Over the past couple of years they have lost hundreds of thousands of pounds.
