Do you think about calories when you go to the restaurant?

Sit-down restaurant meals in Kent could be just as unhealthy as fast food according to new research. A study by the British Medical Journal's found the calorie content of restaurant food to be excessive. Although health experts say meals shouldn't exceed 600 calories, in this study they averaged at more than a thousand in restaurants and 750 in fast-food chains.They said this was a cause for concern.But do you think about calories when you go to the restaurant?
