Startling figures from the Home Office have revealed that the number of hate crimes being carried out across Kent and the UK has risen by 17 per cent. Nucleus Arts in Medway hosted an event to raise awareness of the issue in the county this week and Dalia Halpern-Matthews from the organisation came into the studio to talk about the shocking stats.
