Many social media users in Kent would have been unable to access some of the most popular apps for several hours.Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp were unavailable, which is said to have been caused by an internal technical issue.It meant billions of people were unable to use the apps and more than four billion pounds is believed to have been lost after shares dropped.
