Kent's public health bosses say tougher restrictions won't return

Kent and Medway will not go back into lockdown.That's the reassuring message from the county's public health bosses after concerns a second wave was on the way.There are fears however that with pubs and restaurants reopening, more people are at risk, with health chiefs warning punters to stay vigilant.
