Thousands lined the streets and donned their best Dick-en-sian gear as the annual Dickens Festival came to Rochester.The event comes around twice a year and gives fans of Charles Dickens the chance to dress up as some of his best-loved characters.Medway Council hope it'll encourage people to learn more about the life and works of the Medway author.
