Comedian Tim Vine posed for pictures with fans while filming on a Kent beach, and rocking an unusual hair-do.
The Not Going out Star, who is known for his puns and one-liners, was spotted on Wednesday at Dumpton Gap in Broadstairs wearing a striking ensemble, including an Elvis-style quiff.
While passing by, fans of the comic Barry Stickings and his son Toby asked for a photo, and even had a quick chat with Tim.
Speaking to KentOnline, Barry said: “It was a total chance meeting and a quick hello, but he was really nice, a really pleasant man.
“He had the time to chat with us, and that really goes a long way.
“Tim told us how much he liked Broadstairs. You really can bump into a lot of stars in this part of the world.”
It is unknown what the comedian was filming while in Kent which called for his new look.
Last month, an O2 advert starring Dua Lipa and filmed in Broadstairs was released.
The clip opens with a wide shot of Viking Bay before showing the 28-year-old singer strut through the sand towards Victoria Parade, with other historic attractions, including Morelli’s Gelato, also taking a starring role.
But the phone giant’s ad did receive unexpected backlash from critics, who dubbed it “a joke” and stressed that they could not get reception in the area.
