The Vines of Rochester is bringing its very own Christmas cheer to the town by opening its doors for a special charity event. The restaurant and wedding venue will play host to the Kent Police Male Voice Choir and other live music during the popular Dickensian Weekend. With food and drink - and activities for the children - and all money going to Parkinson's UK, it's not to be missed. A live band will play in front of the venue on Saturday, December 4, with the fabulous Kent Police Male Voice Choir on Sunday, December 5, belting out some Christmas classics and much more. While music lovers listen to some amazing singing and music, the talented chefs will be cooking up a treat – with Hog Roast Rolls and Roast Butternut Squash Soup on the menu and plenty to drink. The Norwegian-style tee-pee – usually reserved for weddings – will be transformed for the children in the rear garden – with plenty of activities to keep them occupied. Check out the website for more details.
