Watch your children take part in activities such as story time, colouring and crafts. Please be advised that children must be supervised at all times, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks and activities. All sessions will take place in our Education Centre which has toilet and cloakroom facilities. Refreshments are available in the space, and there is a suggested donation of £3 per session. You don’t need to be a member to take part in a session, and sessions are open to all.

No booking required – please park in the Beach Car Park and meet a team member at the gates. Please be aware that parking charges apply if you are not an English Heritage member. To access the castle and gardens outside of the sessions, please note that you will need to be a member or have a valid admission ticket.
