Blean Woods Bluebell Walk

Join us for a delightful stroll amidst the bluebell-strewn paths of Blean Woods on 21st April, departing from Blean Woods car park and then meandering through ancient woodlands.
We'll convene at Blean car park, located at New Road, off Rough Common Road, Canterbury CT2 9DD.

Meeting time – 9:15am ready for a 9:30am prompt start

Terrain – mainly flat

Distance – approximately 8.3 miles / 13.5km

Walking time – 4.5 hours walking (with lunch break in the middle)

What 3 Words - period.skin.unsightly

Dogs are welcome if they are friendly and will go on a lead when required such as entering fields of livestock.

If we can ask everyone to bring with them suitable footwear, a waterproof coat, drinking water and packed lunch any personal medication (please make me aware in confidence of any medical condition you may have that may affect you in the walk, no matter how small) and suitable walking clothing.

There might only be 'natural' toilets along the way (a bush).
