Comedian Lucy Porter brings her new show Me Time to Whitstable’s Horsebridge Arts Centre on Friday, February 6

Finding modern life a bit too much? Maybe you were born in the wrong era?

In new show, Me Time, comedian Lucy Porter tries to find her rightful place in history.

She ponders whether she’d rather be a be... a whiskered Victorian explorer, a 1920s Hollywood starlet or an Egyptian pharaoh?

We’ve no idea what conclusion she reaches but, if the reviews are to be believed, there will be loads of belly laughs along the way. The Independent called Me Time “deliciously cutting” and the Telegraph complimented Lucy’s “impeccably punch-lined anecdotes”.

See Lucy at Whitstable’s Horsebridge Arts Centre on Friday, February 6, at 8pm. Tickets from £8. Visit www.horsebridge-centre.org.uk or call 01227 281174.
