And it doesn’t even matter if you’re not into sport – there’s something fun for everyone.

Stay connected, have fun, ramp it up and ultimately unwind with these five ideas.

Instagram 5k challenge: Think you can run 5k, challenge five people and donate £5 to the NHS? Don’t worry if you can’t do the run all in one day, set yourself a five day challenge and add it all together. Don’t forget to tag your friends to share your results.

TikTok dance: Everybody’s going TikTok crazy, so join in! Make sure you video and share your own – you could be the next viral sensation.

Rise to the celeb challenge: Can you beat Andy Murray’s 100 volley challenge or Cristiano Ronaldo’s core crusher ab workout? Find your faves online and join in their go-to workout. Don’t forget to take a selfie with your celeb buddy in the background.

.

Beat your besties: Create your own challenge just for you and your mates; can you keepy-uppy with a toilet roll or climb to Everest base camp without leaving your own home? The dafter it is, the more fun it becomes. Or you could find a fitness class you love on Youtube and challenge everyone on your school WhatsApp group to beat your best. Try seven classes in seven days, or five new sports in a week.

Karaoke party: Host your own Zoom or Houseparty night with your mates. Get glammed up like you’re hitting the town, grab your hairbrush, belt out those big numbers together, and dance, dance, dance till those high heels have got to go.

Share your #StayInWorkOut videos online and join in the movement.
