Let your Christmas wishes take flight at Leeds Castle near Maidstone this Christmas as the state rooms are transformed into a kingdom of birds and festive feathers.
Opening on Saturday, November 23 and running until New Year's Day, displays include a magical forest of owls to red breasted robins surrounded by snowdrops and a lavishly-dressed banqueting table, laid for a Christmas feast.
In Lady Baillie’s bedroom, there are treasures to spot among Christmas garlands and the chance to write a Christmas dream on a feather.
Spot the signature Leeds Castle black swan among decorations of silver and gold and see shimmering duckling eggs ready to hatch under the tree.
Head outside and see the real birds of prey at the Christmas Market, which is open weekends from Saturday, November 23 to Sunday, December 15.
There will be gifts, toys, festive decorations and specialist food and drink as well as nostalgic fairground rides. The market is open from 10am to 5pm each weekend.
The castle decorations and market are included in the price of admission, which is £26 for adults and £17.50 for children over four, and last for 12 months. Book at leeds-castle.com
