Dani Harmer and Louise Jameson are among the cast of Cinderella at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells this Christmas

It's less than 100 days 'til Christmas so the countdown to panto season has begun!

The stars of the Tunbridge Wells show, Cinderella, got together at picturesque Chiddingstone Castle near Tonbridge, ahead of rehearsals for the show.

The Assembly Hall Theatre's production will feature CBBC star Dani Harmer, known to millions of children as Tracy Beaker, and also well known for her turn in the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing in 2012.

She will be joined by Louise Jameson as the Fairy Godmother, who played Rosa di Marco in EastEnders and is still a familiar face to many after her starring roles in Doctor Who, Tenko and Bergerac.

"We all acted together last year in panto in Bath, so it's great to get to come to Tunbridge Wells and stay together - with Louise joining us as the Fairy Godmother."

It will be only the fourth time in Louise's 44-year career that she has been in pantomime - but she was so keen to do it, she approached producers herself.

The star, who lives near Tunbridge Wells, said: "I'll be able to walk to work! I love Christmas and creating the magic for children. I can't wait."
