A festival which combines music, food and fitness for a boutique weekend experience is coming to Kent this summer.
The LoveFit Festival - the UK's first fitness festival - will be at the Pinetum, St Clere Estate at Kemsing near Sevenoaks, from Friday, July 20 to Sunday, July 22.
The festival was first held at the estate last summer, and featured more than 1,000 music, fitness and healthy food enthusiasts head to the grounds and woodlands to indulge in live music, foodie treats and fitness from well known instructors including MTV Fit's Charlotte Holmes.
This year there will be a new adventure programme, boutique camping from Hotel Bell Tent and an expanded food and drink selection with newcomers including Body Burger and Vits & Kicks.
Organisers expect to attract 2,000 visitors to try the new adventure programme of paddle boarding, aerial acrobatics, a woodland obstacle trail and slip and slide.
There will also be dancing in the forest, yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, outdoor spin classes and circuit training.
This year's line-up of fitness and wellbeing stars including Chelsea and Everton physio Lily Sabri, MTV’s EX On The Beach: Body SOS star Charlotte Holmes and fitness leaders Carly Rowena, Kim Hartwell and Callum Melly.
There will be a welcome party on the first day with an 80s disco themed dance floor workout and there will be a fitness session with 90s legend Mr Motivator. Saturday sees a DJ lineup playing feel good anthems, while the final day focuses on recovery and rejuvenation and an Ibiza chill feel.
The food and drink offering includes fresh vegetable and fruit juice cocktails with or without an alcoholic kick, with food catering for meat eaters to vegans and vegetarians.
