Tickets for the musical Mary Poppins at the West End for 2019

Chim chim cher-ee, Mary Poppins fans are as lucky as lucky can be! Tickets for the award-winning musical have gone on sale and are now up for grabs on KM Tickets, so get in early!

Mary Poppins - which returns to the West End after 15 years following great acclaim on its recent sell-out international tour - will have its opening night at the Prince Edward Theatre on Wednesday, November 13.

Tickets are now available from just £20 on KM Tickets and people are advised to get in early for what is expected to be a series of sell-out shows.

Based on the stories of P. L. Travers and the original film, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s multi award-winning musical will be taking over from Aladdin which is set to play its final performance on Saturday, August 31.

Previews for the show will get underway on Wednesday, October 23.

Mary Poppins stars Zizi Strallen (as Mary Poppins - a nanny with magical powers who looks after Jane and Michael Banks) and Charlie Stemp as Bert.

This hugely popular adaptation is co-created by Mackintosh and Oscar-winning screenwriter and Downton Abbey creator, Julian Fellowes.

The musical is scored by Richard M Sherman and Robert B Sherman and that repertoire includes classics such as A Spoonful of Sugar, Jolly Holiday, Step in Time, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and Feed the Birds.

There will also be new songs and additional music and lyrics, including Practically Perfect, by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe.
