Tom Kerridge is bringing his delicious festival, Pub in the Park, to Kent foodies this summer.
This festival will be stopping off at Dunorlan Park in Tunbridge Wells for three days of non-stop food, drink and music.
Visitors will have the chance to sample a number of tasty dishes from top chefs and restaurants, including festival organiser Tom Kerridge.
“We’re so excited to be bringing some seriously top notch chefs and their incredible pubs and restaurants to the towns we love this year,” says the Michelin-starred chef. “I’ve had a sneak peek at the menus and I’ve definitely got my eye on a few of the dishes - we can’t wait for you to try them!”
The chef, who has appeared on shows such as MasterChef, Saturday Kitchen and the Great British Menu, will be joined by the likes of Sunday Brunch star Simon Rimmer and pioneer of Indian cuisine, Atol Kochhar.
There will also be plenty of pop-up pubs, restaurants and food stands from some of the top dining destinations in Kent and beyond.
Some returning fan favourites include Indian food from Atul Kochhar Restaurants, Sankey's seafood bar and many more.
New additions feature British-Afghan fusion BBQ cuisine from Cue Point, Sri Lankan and South Indian-inspired dishes from Hoppers and the delicious cooking from The Bull and Last pub.
Some of the more local eateries popping up at the festival this year include the Dog at Wingham, near Canterbury, and the Kentish Hare from Tunbridge Wells.
Once you’ve had your fill of mouth-watering bites, you can take a break with some unmissable live music.
Former Spice Girl Mel C, electronic legends Faithless and queen of the kitchen disco Sophie Ellis-Bextor are all set to perform across the weekend.
They will be joined by artists such as rapper Professor Green, guitar band The Feeling, reggae legend Aswad, garage duo DJ Luck and MC Neat, and tribute band Noasis.
Murder on the Dancefloor singer Sophie will not only be performing at Pub in the Park, but she will also be taking part in a live cooking demonstration with her husband, The Feeling’s Richard Jones.
The couple are releasing a new cookbook, Love, Food, Family: Recipes from the Kitchen Disco, shortly after the festival and will be showcasing one of the book's recipes for the crowd.
The festival will tour the country throughout the summer, visiting locations such as Brighton and St Albans, to bring the very best of British pubs to visitors from all over the UK.
Pub in the Park is at Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells, from Friday, July 8 to Sunday, July 10. Book tickets online here.
