A traditional Bavarian bash is coming to the county this weekend.
The foot-stomping, beer-drinking experience Oktoberfest comes to Mote Park in Maidstone on Saturday, October 3, with a barrel-load of safety measures in place.
Grab some traditional German grub from the outdoor food court as you raise your steins for the event for 18s and over, which includes music from 90s band Britpop Collective.
Social distancing will be in place, and the Rule of Six will be observed, along with a 10pm finish to fit in with the latest regulations.
Each customer area will be a numbered, fenced table, giving each party enough space to sit, stand or dance - anything goes.
Random temperature checks will also be carried out upon entry into the event and food and drink needs to be purchased via the event app and brought to the numbered table.
There’s a noon session and a 6pm session and tickets are still available. To book go to the Facebook page, oktoberfestofficial.com
