Tonbridge Food and Drink Festival will be held next to Tonbridge Castle over the bank holiday weekend

Fire up your taste buds at this year’s Tonbridge Food & Drink Festival in the picturesque castle grounds.

There will be more than 50 stallholders selling a range of food and drink produced in and around Kent and further afield on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28 between 11am and 6pm.

Cheeses, breads, cakes, sweet treats such as fudge and marshmallow, will be jostling alongside locally roasted coffee, specialist teas and more than 60 local brews.

Organised by Tonbridge Farmers’ Market – winners of the 2017 Taste of Kent Farmers’ Market of the Year award – there will be a programme of cooking demonstrations from local chefs, food producers and food writers and Kent’s Young Chefs will be showing off their skills.

There will also be a children’s stage, where youngsters will be able to draw on the Painting Wall, and take part in the Disgusting Food Challenge.
