The Woolpack Inn, Yalding

The Woolpack Inn might look like a traditional country pub from the front and, while it does offer a decent pint and hearty meal, there’s something unconventional about this Yalding boozer. At the back of this Shepherd Neame pub, there are a selection of glamping pods, perfect for a quirky countryside stay.

The pods, made of natural pine, feature scandi-chic décor, two cosy sofa beds and a private en-suite shower room. Our reporter went to stay soon after the glamping pods opened and gave the Woolpack Inn’s newest upgrade a glowing review, so you know you’re in for a decent night or two.
